International Limited Warranty
Fleurive® guarantees the quality of the materials. All Fleurive products (the "Product") that you trust are manufactured with the noble high-end materials. Every step in the manufacturing process is subjected to scrupulous inspections. This warranty covers Product for any possible manufacturing defect and material flaws for a period of :
- One (1) year for Luxury silk Product from the date of purchase.
- One (1) to three (3) years for Gemstone jewelry according to Product models.
- Accessories Product are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for varying periods of one (1) year.
Should there be any such defect during this period, the Product will be either repaired or replaced, at our discretion. To make a claim, please contact the retailer where you purchased the item and return the Product with the original receipt of purchase. After it has been checked, Fleurive will determine whether or not the problem is covered by this warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be notified as to whether the Product will be repaired free of charge or replaced. If the Product is to be replaced and the Product is no longer available, Fleurive will substitute a comparable Product.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects of materials or workmanship and does not cover defects and any damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accident, improper use, misuse, neglect, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids or repair by persons other authorized Fleurive repair specialists. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance of repairs void this warranty.
