Armed with a degree in Actuarial Science and credentials in Risk Management and Project Management, Pascale started her professional career as a commercial insurance broker to New York-based prominent institutions including several investment management and advisory firms.
Leveraging her early success in helping clients mitigate risk, Pascale transitioned to strategic consulting with a Big 4 consulting firm. During her corporate career she has led complex executive-level roles and has continuously earned a reputation for unlocking Human Capital potential through cultural transformation at several renowned corporations.
